Frequently asked questions
Here are the answers to the most common questions before booking a mobile repair appointment.
How does an estimate request work?
You send your photos, along with your paint code if possible. I assess the defect and let you know whether the repair can be carried out at your location, with a clear estimate.
What photos should I send for my estimate?
For a clear and accurate assessment, please send 3 to 4 photos where possible: one from a distance, one close-up, and one from another angle in natural light.
Can my vehicle defect be repaired at home?
Yes, depending on the area, the depth of the defect and the condition of the paintwork. A photo assessment is usually enough to confirm whether a mobile repair is suitable.
Should I wash my vehicle before the appointment?
Yes, the vehicle should be washed before the appointment, or at least clean around the area to be repaired.
If the vehicle has not been washed on the day of the appointment, a localised clean will be carried out before the repair.
Each request is assessed according to the defect, the affected area and the working conditions. The aim is simple: to offer a clear, realistic and suitable solution.
